Delivery Information
Here at Howcroft we have our own fleet of vehicles delivering orders FREE* of charge 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday to all our account holding customers within a 30 mile radius.
*Note: excessive weight and size restrictions may apply
All items on our website have estimated availability indicators. Eg In Stock, 1-2 days, 3-5 days, 7-10 days etc. Delivery timescales are in addition to the availability indicators. Cut off time for same day order processing is 1pm. Orders placed after 1pm may be processed the next working day.
Example 1 – The product says IN STOCK, is ordered before 1pm and is being delivered locally with our own vehicle fleet. This example would be delivered the NEXT WORKING DAY* for FREE.
Example 2 – The product says 1-2 days availability, is ordered before 1pm and being delivered locally with our own vehicle fleet. This example would be delivered in 2-3 WORKING DAYS* from ordering for FREE
Example 3 – The product says 1-2 days availability, is ordered after 1pm and being delivered locally with our own vehicle fleet. This example would be delivered in 3-4 WORKING DAYS* from ordering for FREE
Example 4 - The product says 1-2 days availability, is ordered before 1pm and is being delivered by UPS on the standard 1-2 days delivery. This example will take 2-4 WORKING DAYS* from ordering.
*Note: Working days = Mon-Fri (excluding bank holidays)
For deliveries outside of our 30mile radius FREE delivery zone, we use UPS courier service for most UK mainland deliveries. Orders to locations out of UPS’s normal delivery area (e.g. highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, off shore islands) are subject to additional charges, we will contact you with the amount once this has been calculated.
Standard Delivery Charges Are: (Subject To VAT)
Orders under £100 in value - £6.95*
Orders upto £250 in value - £8.95*
Orders over £250 in value - FREE*

Orders requiring palletised delivery will be quoted separately at time of order, based on overall weight and number of pallets.
Q: How long does it take to delivery an order?
A: If ordered before 1pm, most local deliveries (within 30 mile radius) for items held on stock will be delivered next working day. For Items not held on stock or being sent by courier, see our delivery information page.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Deliveries made locally within a 30mile radius, using our own vehicle fleet are FREE (subject to weight restrictions). Further information about deliveries charges can be found on our delivery information page.
Q: Can I collect an order?
A: Yes, orders can be collected. Upon placing your order, choose the collection option at checkout. Once your order has been processed, we’ll inform you of a suitable collection date and time. If your order is urgent, please ring 01709 878282 (Opt 1) or email sales@howcroft.group and we’ll treat the order with urgency.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Orders being delivered by our own fleet of vehicles will receive a email notification on the day of delivery with an 1 hour delivery window. Additionally, orders sent with UPS will also receive email notifications on the day of delivery.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Due to the complex calculations of international shipping costs and import taxes, our website is currently unable to process orders for international customers. However, as a company we do ship internationally so if there are products on our website you would like to purchase, contact our sales team at sales@howcroft.group
